  • Its attacking power is outstanding, so if you want to win the point with your first shot, I recommend this racket. It's slightly heavy, so it may be a bit hard for female players to handle, but if you exercise regularly, it probably won't feel that heavy.

  • I'm using the 750 from the NANORAY series, which I've loved since my school days.
    I string it fairly tight, but the light frame makes it very easy to use.
    It's light, yet clears still travel well and you can feel the shuttle on the strings.
    I tend to put tension in my shoulder when I hit, so I really like this flexible, light racket.

  • The YONEX CARBONEX 20 has a carbon frame, so it's light but still has a solid feel. Being light also makes it easy to control, which is a plus. I think it's an easy racket to use even for beginners.

  • When it comes to badminton shuttles, Japanese-made ones are great. YONEX NEW OFFICIAL, which everyone knows, is the best.
    First of all, the durability is on another level. Cheap overseas shuttles quickly get broken feathers or lose their shape. NEW OFFICIAL rarely gets oddly deformed.
    Top players use these in official matches, so I think they have durability to match.
    They may be too expensive to use for practice, but they're often used at tournaments. I don't think you can call it real practice if you use a different shuttle in practice than in actual matches. I really recommend practicing with the same shuttle you'll use in competition.

  • This racket has a stiff shaft and a small racket face, so it feels like your power is transmitted directly. It lives up to its reputation as the racket that produced the world's fastest smash. However, it's for advanced players and the smashes aren't heavy, so I recommend it to people with a speed-focused play style.
