  • Compared to earlier synthetic shuttles, the feel has gotten closer to a real shuttle.
The initial speed may be a little fast, but the flight itself is fine, and above all the durability is outstanding.
However, it has a distinctive hitting sound that'll surprise you.

  • It's a racket that has earned great trust and high praise even from pro players. It lets you drive your shots home without losing power or speed all the way through. Because of that it's built a bit heavy, so you'll need to do some strength training yourself, but there's no doubt it will let you hit even more powerful shots.

  • It's really good value for money. But it's by no means a case of "you get what you pay for"; the feel, control, and so on are excellent overall. That said, I think durability is a bit of an issue. I recommend it for beginners who practice hard, in the sense that it "raises the quality of your play."

  • The badminton racket I want to recommend is the "Z-SPEED," the top model of the NANORAY series. It's used by top players like Kenichi Tago and Kento Momota, and the reason I bought it was that it's "the incredible racket that set the smash world record." As an amateur, I figured that was reason enough to choose a racket, so I bought it even though at about 26,000 yen it's by no means cheap.
My first impression when I used it was that the repulsion is tremendous. It has a compact frame, so the sweet spot is narrow and the shuttle won't fly if you miss the center, but that seemed to suit me and it felt just right.

  • It's a well-balanced racket overall. The feel and swing speed are especially good, and it's suited to short and long matches, offense and defense alike. It's very reasonably priced too. It doesn't break easily even with hard practice, so I think it's suitable for beginners who train hard.
