  • I bought it for 18,000 yen at a sale at a certain shop. I was torn between the extremely head-heavy Voltric Z-Force2 and Babolat's satellite6.5 blast, but in the end I went with this racket. Since it's 3U, I thought it might be heavy, but apart from receiving, it's easy to maneuver and the swing isn't bad either. The balance is said to be head-heavy, but it feels like a head-heavy leaning toward even balance. If you put your body weight into a smash, you can hit quite heavy, penetrating shots, and if you meet a clear squarely with the face, it flies all the way to the back. That doesn't mean it struggles with finesse play, though; I think it's a superb racket that lets you control hairpins and drops while really feeling the shuttle.
    I used to use the voltric70 E-TUNE, but this one has a stiffer shaft and a heavier head. Conversely, once you get used to this one, I imagine most rackets will feel light and soft.
    I think it's a racket with very good overall balance.

  • I sometimes use it as the match shuttle at the club I go to. It is without doubt the highest-quality shuttle YONEX makes, and it is first-rate in every respect, whether flight, durability, or consistency between shuttles.
    Its drawback is that it is a bit expensive, but I think it is worth the price.

  • The weight balance is quite head-heavy, and the face is a bit on the small side. The shaft is also very thin, so the swing speed is excellent.
    However, it's very heavy, so the maneuverability isn't great, but I think it's a perfect racket for people with strong muscles.
    Since it's head-heavy, if you properly put your body weight into it, you can hit very heavy smashes that keep going.

  • The SATELITE 6.5 ESSENTIAL sits around the middle of this series. The shaft is slightly flexible to about medium, and the weight balance feels like even balance.
    Unlike YONEX, the shaft keeps a slim shape all the way to the base of the face, so the swing speed is excellent.
    It's easy to maneuver too, and I felt it's a well-balanced racket overall.

  • I use it at a local adult club. Compared with higher-grade shuttles like YONEX's NEW OFFICIAL or TOURNAMENT, it is definitely inferior in durability, flight, and consistency, but it is rare to find a shuttle under 2,000 yen with so little variation and such good flight, so I find it very useful.
