Middle School Newcomer (Experience:2-3 years) Really good!!

No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get my clears and lobs up, so I bought a NANOFLARE 700 and tried it, but I didn't have the technique to hit the sweet spot at all, so the shuttle didn't fly, and even my smash, which had always been my strength, lacked speed and sharpness because I wasn't hitting the sweet spot. I was really stuck when I found this racket and bought it. Honestly, it's insanely easy to use: I can now hit clears and lobs deep without losing smash accuracy, and I feel my play has improved a lot. I recommend this racket to anyone whose clears don't go deep but who doesn't want to lose smash accuracy!

Badminton dad (Experience:11-20 years) Now that I've turned 60

I turned 60 and my stamina and strength have declined, so I switched to a forgiving racket. Before this I liked using the ASTROX 99 PRO and 88D, but my stamina couldn't keep up with head-heavy rackets. I switched to the NANOFLARE 1000Z, but I could no longer swing hard enough to flex the shaft, and I ended up with this racket. The shaft flex is just right, and the feeling that the racket does the work for you makes it easy to use; the light head makes maneuvering feel easy. Until I got used to it, my timing was off, my smashes were very slow and seemed to lose speed, and I thought about giving up on it. Once my timing started to match, I began hitting smashes that really carry. It doesn't produce the strong, heavy smashes of a head-heavy racket, but I can now easily hit controlled smashes that carry, and I'm enjoying badminton in my sixties.

Shin-chan (Experience:11-20 years) It really flies!

I'd used it once in a trial before and remembered it always sent the shuttle flying.
At the time I'd just bought a YONEX racket and it was a bit expensive, so I held off.
This time it was on sale cheap as a clearance racket, so I bought it.
I mostly use the ASTROX 66 and 88S now, but even compared to those, clears fly really well with this one.
I often used to get pushed back by clears, but since I started using this racket, I've been able to push my opponents back instead.
I think it was a good buy.

Nariyuki Badminton Papa Differences between the new and old models

      I like using GOSEN rackets.

First, the shaft feels about the same as or slightly more flexible than the original INFERNO; compared to rackets with stiffer shafts like the 07R, shots feel a bit lighter, so I rated it lower, but it has more than enough performance to compete.

The face has one fewer grommet than the old model, and the carbon material has changed to Triaxial Carbon, and I feel that is enough to give it such a soft feel.

Even strung at the same tension, the old model has a shaft slightly stiffer than the 05A and gives a "bang!" feel, while the new one gives a "pock" feel where you can feel the shaft flex.

So I think it turned out to be a racket where you feel it is helping you and doing its job.

For me, it would have been perfect if it also came in a 5U grip version, but it is very easy to use in fast-paced play like doubles, makes backhand high clears and the like easy, and even an unskilled player like me gets extra length on the shuttle by consciously pushing through a little, so the shots rarely lose their pace the way they can with stiff-hitting rackets; you cannot expect explosive shots, but it has broadened my range of play.
