    User Review SummaryAI Summary
The racket is highly praised for its all-around performance and user-friendly design, appealing to a wide range of players from beginners to intermediate level. However, some advanced male players find the soft shaft lacking the power and control they desire.
    ■ Frequently mentioned points
    • Low-profile design with minimal learning curve
    • Different performance on forehand and backhand sides
    • Lightweight and easy to swing with less fatigue
    • Wide sweet spot for excellent control
    • Moderate shaft flexibility ideal for beginners
    ■ Representative voices
▲ PositiveThe wide sweet spot allows effortless play and easy execution of clears and receives. The racket's gripping feel makes shuttle control intuitive, making it ideal for intermediate male and advanced female players.
▽ CriticalThe soft shaft may feel inadequate for powerful, advanced male players. Power hitters struggle to transfer their weight effectively, and the head shape can feel sluggish during fast rallies in doubles.

      Yoshiki (Experience:6-10 years) No weaknesses!

I can't find a single bad point with this racket! The shaft is neither too flexible nor too stiff, so it's easy to handle, and on top of that the head carries weight, so it turns a little effort into a lot of power! As you'd expect from DUORA, backhands tend to go deep, and the 7 is no exception! I think you could call it a godly racket that handles every situation!

Maybe the sweet spot is large, because you can use it without thinking about anything. Clears and receives fly deep with ease. It also has a feeling of holding onto the shuttle, so the shuttle is easy to control. However, advanced male players might find the shaft too flexible to use. I recommend it for intermediate men and intermediate-to-advanced women.

What I felt when I actually used it was that it's easy to use, just as I'd imagined. I'd heard the reviews, and as they said, my impression is that it has few quirks. The DUORA series has different frame shapes on the forehand and backhand sides, so depending on how it's used or who uses it, there are all sorts of opinions, like it being a liiittle hard to use, or having quirks that don't suit some people, but I didn't feel many quirks with this DUORA 7, and I felt it's a racket that's relatively approachable for anyone.

FHS (Experience:More than 20 years) Red and black

My impression is the same as Kanabun's review. In my case, I first got the black DUORA 7 in 3U, and it was so easy to use that I also got the older red version in 3U, but the red one is clearly more head-heavy and really feels like a 3U!
That said, when I hit with it, it's well balanced in its own way and shows its power in singles or against opponents with a slower pace.
I felt the same with the ARCSABER 7: the new color feels more head-light. Maybe with minor changes they're not just changing the cosmetics but also shifting the balance toward head-light to match the times.
Either way, it's a very easy racket for me to use, and I think I'll be using it for a long time!

Kanabun (Experience:11-20 years) The feel differs by color

I use the red-design 3U model. It's a racket without quirks, and I hardly find it hard to use. The shaft flexes easily, making it easy to put power into the shuttle. The feel is a bit soft on the forehand, and the backhand isn't as hard as the DUORA 10 either, so it's easy to control.

When I borrowed a friend's black model, I felt the shaft stiffness and head balance were slightly different from the red one. The black one has a slightly stiffer shaft than the red. The head is also a bit lighter, so for doubles, if you play drive-centered rallies, I think the black model is better.

      Akaume (Experience:4-5 years) Light!

Personally, I felt it was a very light racket. I'm more of a hard hitter, if anything, and I can't really recommend it to people who like rackets that make it easy to put your body weight into the shot, like the ASTROX 99 or 88D.
But in exchange, I felt it's very easy to swing and doesn't tire you out.

RYOGA (Experience:2-3 years) A pretty good racket

The DUORA 7 is an all-rounder, so every shot goes well. Since it's in the DUORA series, backhands carry well, and both receives and high backhands fly well. I was using the ASTROX 88D, so smashes feel a bit light, but it isn't an attacking racket, so I think that's normal. Clears fly well too, so you can push your opponent to the back, which makes it a good recommendation for anyone who wants to hit clears all the way to the back
