    ■ Frequently mentioned points
    • Excellent swing speed and maneuverability despite head-heavy design
    • Excels at smashes and powerful clears
    • Narrow sweet spot makes off-center shots difficult
    • Hard shaft provides excellent frame stability
    • Paint easily chips, grip cap slides and is slippery
    ■ Representative voices
▲ PositiveDespite being head-heavy, the frame design provides excellent swing speed and frame stability. It delivers both the benefit of smooth swing speed and the ability to hit powerful smashes.
▽ CriticalThe sweet spot is narrow, particularly lacking rebound at the racket tip. Additionally, the paint chips easily and the rounded grip cap tends to slip.

    • A person from Japan

A person from Japan (Experience:2-3 years) Smashes might be hard to keep in? (Maybe I'm just bad)

These are my impressions from borrowing a demo racket.
The INFERNO EX is very heavy, but not unbearably so.
When I smashed at full power, it didn't land in my opponent's court. Maybe it's because the INFERNO's distinctive shaft snaps back from flexing right away, or maybe I'm just bad...
Clears are really easy to hit. They fly well.

Kaga Hyakumangoku (Experience:4-5 years) Maneuverability is good, as expected of GOSEN ○

My impressions after testing it at a racket shop.
It's good that it doesn't feel heavy for a 3U.
It's probably just because I'm not good, but with smashes and drives, if you miss the sweet spot even slightly, the shuttle doesn't go anywhere. I struggled with control in general.
      Clears fly well.

Tino Minton (Experience:11-20 years) Swings easily for a head-heavy racket

This review is after six months of use.
It's head-heavy, but thanks to the frame shape it swings easily and the face is very stable.
Not just the INFERNO, but GOSEN grips seem to have wider angled faces on the hexagon? (Maybe it's just me...)
Thanks to that, it's easy to put force into my fingers on high backhands, so they're easy to hit.
Until you get used to it, the swing may feel a bit odd.
And as expected, the sweet spot feels narrower compared to YONEX rackets.
By the way, this is a matter of preference, but I'd remove the original grip (it's very cushioned)
      [Pros]
      - Maneuverability that doesn't feel head-heavy
      - Easy to swing, yet easy to hit hard shots like smashes
      - The red looks cool (lol)

      [Cons]
      - Narrow sweet spot (especially no repulsion at the tip)
      - Paint chips easily
      - The grip cap is round and slippery

Middle-aged Badminton Player (Experience:11-20 years) GOSEN after a long time

My first GOSEN racket since the GRAPOWER 110. I bought it expecting good swing speed and a head that comes through easily. It was about 70% what I expected. When you chase swing speed, the head gets lighter and you tend to lack power, so when you're on the attack it can feel lacking and you can't finish the push. Company Y's NANOSPEED series gave me that impression. The INFERNO EX isn't like that. However, it only has just enough power. How you put power into it is up to the player. It also doesn't have the head-heavy power of Company Y's ARMORTEC series; personally I'd put the EX within the even balance range.

      Morisaki-kun (Experience:2-3 years) Stiff

I bought it for its looks.
I liked the color (new color) and the shape.
I've only used it once so far, but the shaft feels stiff.
The weight doesn't particularly bother me.
It's quite easy to swing thanks to its unique shape.
Once I get a bit more used to it, I think the control and maneuverability will improve too.

Nana (Experience:2-3 years) The head isn't as heavy as people say; a versatile racket

*This review is based on the new color, so the old color may be different.

The head isn't as heavy as people say in various places.
The head is much lighter than the ASTROX 88S (3U), which is advertised as a racket for the front court in doubles.

Also, the swing feel unique to the INFERNO frame may throw you off at first.
I had the same impression with the INF and INF PLUS.

While it definitely keeps a head-heavy feel, its unique ease of swing and good maneuverability mean the head never pulls you around on drives or pushes.
Of course, it's also great for overhead strokes like smashes and clears.

This racket has a stiffish shaft and a very stable face, so rather than "swinging wildly with brute force," it's better to focus on "storing power and releasing it in an instant."
So I'd say it shows its true worth in doubles rather than singles.
If anything, it's for attack-minded rear court players, but thanks to its ease of swing and maneuverability, it handles the front court competently too.

Overall, I'd rate it an [attack-leaning all-rounder], and recommend it to young men.

Above all, the matte red of the new color looks so cool!!

      MT (Experience:4-5 years)

      Pros:
Swing speed is ridiculously good for a racket with weight in the head
Smashes dip sharply and you can hit them at a steep angle

      Cons:
The feel near the tip of the racket isn't good
