  • My first proper racket was this one. It's not a beginner's racket, but I picked it because I loved the color at first sight. Looking back, I should have checked things like performance properly, but even as a beginner I could handle this racket. People often say it's hard to handle, but I can control cuts and hairpins without trouble. I can hit satisfying, heavy smashes too. Best of all, drives dip nicely and are fast. However, I'm sometimes late on receives, so it's slightly harder to maneuver. Still, I think it's a racket that anyone from beginners to advanced players can handle. (You should talk to the shop staff about string tension)
    If you start with a head-heavy racket from the very beginning, your choice of rackets and play styles will be somewhat limited, so keep that in mind.
