  • The model Kento Momota uses
    It's head-heavy, so overhead shots are really easy to hit, and powerful smashes with your weight behind them really fly. Thanks to the Namd used in the ASTROX series, the racket recovers its shape quickly, so you can hit hard shots in succession. I used to use the VOLTRIC 80 E-TUNE, which is also head-heavy, but I found the ASTROX flexes well, making it easy to hit steep downward shots.
    However, I felt it isn't suited to fast-paced rallies like in doubles. The head is so heavy that when rallying at a fast tempo with pushes and receives, I often couldn't keep up.

  • My review of the 3U.
    With a head-light balance, aero-shaped frame and compact frame, it feels geared more toward easy swinging than power. That doesn't mean your shots lack power, though: the shaft is stiff and it can be strung at high tension, so it's a racket that makes up for a lack of power with great repulsion.
    I used this racket with AEROSONIC (26 lbs mains, 28 lbs crosses). The impact sound is really high-pitched, and that "bang!" feel is great.
    However, in singles it feels a bit too light and somewhat unreassuring, but it's easy to place shots left and right, so I'd strongly recommend it to players who win by breaking down opponents with control play that attacks the lines, rather than overpowering them with hard hits.
