  • I started badminton at 40 and this is my 7th year. I've used all sorts of rackets so far, but for me, enjoying the game matters most, so I focused on racket design. I like white, so I only collected white rackets, but I could rarely find a good one, so I didn't have high expectations for this YONEX racket either. But when I bought it and played with it, it was incredibly easy to use and I was thrilled. And I managed to win for the first time in a while. I'm glad I bought it.

  • I'd been using cheap rackets until now, but meeting this racket changed my world. My smash speed went up too, but what surprised me most was how easy it is to control the shuttle. Before, I could hardly ever control the shuttle the way I wanted, but since switching to this racket my control has gotten a lot better.

  • I originally played tennis, but after I started working, a friend invited me and I took up badminton. At first I played with a cheap racket of a few thousand yen that you can buy anywhere. I wanted something a little better, so I bought this one. I just picked it from the beginner-to-intermediate range, so I'm not especially attached to it, but I think it's easy to use. Sometimes I can't use my wrist snap well and end up forcing shots with strength, but compared to my old racket, I feel it smoothly helps me out in those situations. The feel is good too.

  • The shaft stiffness is average. It's light and very maneuverable, so it's probably suited to players who doggedly retrieve everything. It's also easy to swing, and it makes the most of its light head to be effective on counter shots and the like. It's a racket that doesn't tire you out easily.

  • The feel is soft, and you can put away fast smashes. It has high durability, so I feel it helps you keep up stable performance over a long period. It has a crisp feel, so it's also suited to an attacking approach.
