  • It feels slightly heavy in the hand, and the head is light.
    The shaft is on the thin side, but because of that it rebounds quite a bit when you hit, so you can hit sharp shots like arrows from a bow.
    Once you get used to it and can hit properly, you can hit stable shots with a feel like the shuttle is shooting forward, and you can really feel the power being transferred directly without any loss.
    I've only used it for a short time, so there were some things that were hard to handle, but the design is cool and I think it's a good racket among GOSEN's lineup.

  • It's a racket that quite a lot of people use, even within the ARCSABER series.
    It feels heavy when you first use it, but as you gradually get used to it, you can feel its high performance.
    It's a racket that I feel has both high repulsion for powerful smashes and clears, and soft control for things like hairpins.
    I think if you can master it, it can become a long-term partner.

  • I used to use a head-heavy racket, but since it broke, I bought a new NANORAY 700FX.
    As for how it feels, it may be partly because I'd been using a head-heavy racket, but my first impression was that my swing speed on drives got faster and that it's an easy racket to control.
    Because I can return the shuttle where I want and it's easier to make all sorts of adjustments with my wrist, I've become able to drop the shuttle behind my opponent and mix in feints too.
    It may not suit people who want to hit heavy smashes, but for people who want to hit sharp shots even if they're light, or who want to focus on control, I think it's a good racket.

  • The NANORAY series is the successor to YONEX's long-selling NANOSPEED series and is overwhelmingly popular, but for me, having loved the NANOSPEED, it's a bit lacking in both performance and design.
    For one thing, maybe the racket's weight balance changed a little, but it seems a bit harder to maneuver.
    It's marketed on swing speed, but I didn't notice any standout strengths, and it feels somewhat heavy too.

  • I've been playing competitively for 7 years and have finally moved beyond the beginner level, but I still don't have the strength to swing rackets with stiff shafts or head-heavy rackets, so my attack inevitably falls short.
    But the GUNGNIR ALPHA has a uniquely easy swing, and even I, without much strength, can hit smashes with a good angle right where I'm aiming. Paired with a thin string, the feel is very good too, and it's satisfying to hit with. It's a doubles racket, but I find it very useful in singles too, and I own 3 of them.
    The camouflage design is stylish, and I like it.
