I changed to a shuttlecock now, and I got the habit of shaking out strongly. Shuttlecock itself is not using such a high one, I think that it fits my feeling. After all Yonex made is good.

There are lots of good shuttles than this shuttle, but I think that this shuttle can be used without problems, the price is affordable and quality is good.
