I use GOSEN's neo feather opal as a practice shuttle. The price is also affordable, I feel that the shot feeling is not bad, I fly far enough so I think that it is excellent as a shuttle for practice. Recommended for people who have just started badminton.

Speaking of the shuttle is YONEX. I have been badmintoning from elementary school students, but YONEX's shuttle is pretty comfortable. The sound when you strike is nice, you can hit the line as soon as you can fly away. The price is a little expensive, but it is also nice to last long.

The shuttle we are using for exercises is the first step of RSL. I use it because cost performance is good. Quality is enough for practice as well. The flight will also fly steadily and I think that it's economical because it's good durability.

I am just a beginner who has just started.
