rhmnd 531 (Experience:4-5 years) My impressions of GOSEN NEO FEATHER OPAL, tried for practice
-

In my regular badminton practice, I often tried out long-lasting shuttles for practice use. There are lots of manufacturers out there, but GOSEN NEO FEATHER OPAL flies on a stable trajectory and is durable too. The feathers don't fray easily, and when it's new, if it hits the string bed cleanly it sounds just like a good shuttle. However, as a practice shuttle it doesn't last all that long. It's a shuttle that feels really good when smashing during basic rallying.

Takayuki An all-around stable shuttle.

The variation between individual shuttles bothers me a little, but otherwise it is decent, with few weaknesses, a relatively well-rounded and easy-to-use shuttle. It is cheap and also not very light, so you need to develop proper form, which makes it ideal for practice, I feel. The value for money is good enough too.

Badminton-loving guy This is the one for graduating from nylon!

Since I am a badminton beginner, I had tried using cheap nylon shuttlecocks for practice, but I was curious what one made with duck feathers would be like, so I bought this. It feels completely different to hit, so practice is much more efficient. With this, I have graduated from nylon.

Sho A shuttle that flies well and is easy to hit.

Its appeal is how easy it is to hit, flying reliably on a stable trajectory. Durability is decent, but you do not get much of a solid feel, and since it is relatively cheap, I feel it is suited for practice.
There is quite noticeable variation between individual shuttles, so be careful.Overall Durability Flight performance Touch Value for money Consistency

This shuttle is excellent as a practice shuttle, and I find it very appealing that it can be used year after year. I especially recommend it for beginners and intermediate players; it is very durable and has a very good feel, so I recommend using it as a practice shuttle.

I tried this shuttle out for practice. It flies cleanly and far, so it was satisfying to hit, which was great. Also, since it isn't that cheap, it didn't break quickly and was durable, so I was happy using it as a shuttle suited to practice.

This shuttle travels properly far when you hit it, so I can highly recommend it as a practice shuttle. I use it regularly too, and it always serves me well in practice. Costs have been kept down as much as possible, so it is also very affordable to use.
