It's cheap and extremely durable, so it's ideal for practice. The feathers in particular are sturdy. The flight is stable and it's easy to put spin on it, so there aren't many problems. Maybe because it's natural cork, the feel is very good, and I can have satisfying practice sessions. Being from a major manufacturer, you can feel the good build quality.

I think it sounds great when you hit it. In practice, a lot of shuttles break from repeated smashing, but TRAINING is a practice shuttle with excellent durability. It spins consistently, flies well, and is easy to hit, so it is a very high-quality shuttle.

I used to use GOSEN, but an older teammate recommended YONEX, so I started using them. YONEX shuttles feel great when they hit the strings, and I love the sound when I smash. YONEX shuttles seem to fly really well, so I have gotten good at hitting high clears. Maybe the feathers are tough, because they last a long time, but if I overuse them the cork ends up cracking (wry smile)

I recently started using YONEX TRAINING as my practice shuttle. It uses natural cork, so the feel is good, and the flight is excellent too, so I think it is everything you could want in a practice shuttle. I also like that it is durable and not expensive.

What I always use for practice is YONEX TRAINING. It's great value for money, yet it's properly made with natural materials, so it's my favorite. With natural cork the feel is good, and above all I think it flies well and is very stable. I think each one is carefully made.

It doesn't have the durability or nice feel of NEW OFFICIAL or TOURNAMENT, but it's still a good enough shuttle. You can get it for just over 3,000 yen, so it's a pretty good deal. It's not as easy to put spin on as NEW OFFICIAL, but it's plenty good as a practice shuttle.
