I don't know if it's due to the shoes, but my left ankle hurts at first! But it was very easy to use! I thought it would be nice to be able to get out in front of the footwork!

Taabo A little heavy but the center of gravity is stable

I bought it at a bargain price at a stock disposal sale at a nearby sporting goods store. It was rugged and heavy, but it was easy to keep leaning forward and the center of gravity was stable. It's been about a year since I recovered from the Achilles tendon rupture, but I realize that choosing shoes is also important from the perspective of injury prevention.
