I used 4U. The catalog specs say it is head-heavy, but the one I used had the same balance as a headlight. The shaft was stiff, so it was easy to swing and handle, and it was easy to set up for both offense and defense. If you use a string that is more bouncy, your smash will be lighter, so if you are playing doubles as a backcourt player, I recommend setting it up with a string that is more gripping.
