      I loved the GOSEN MIRACLE LIGHT 77F (women's model) I'd been using for doubles, so I wanted another GOSEN racket, and since a certain YouTuber was highly recommending this one, I bought it.
      My impression after using it: compared with the ASTROX 77, also 4U, it felt lighter and swung better. It has an oversize face, so I was worried my swing speed would drop, but it swings well and my smashes even seemed to get faster. Also, true to this racket's concept, I could feel it holding the shuttle when I hit, which made it easier to control my cuts. It felt more like even balance than head-heavy. Playing the front court in doubles was really easy. I've used six rackets so far, and I think this is the one that suits me best. It's a racket I'd definitely recommend to anyone who's undecided.

      Maneuverability is great, and it's a very easy racket to hit with.
      I think it's down to my technique, but my smashes aren't as heavy as the sound of the hit would suggest.
      Still, overall it's a well-balanced racket, so I like it.

      One-Trick Pony （Experience：6-10 years） A racket suited to doubles

      I like even-balance rackets and used the Z-SPEED and i-SPEED. Since I only play as a working adult for exercise, I used the i-SPEED as my main to avoid hurting my shoulder, but the flexible shaft meant my shuttle speed never fully topped out, which bothered me, so I looked for an even-balance racket with a stiffer shaft again and switched to the GRAVITAS 9.0.
      As others have written, if you like the balance of the Z-SPEED, I think it'll suit your feel. It's easy to maneuver and handles both smashes and receives. Somehow, the racket it feels most similar to might be the ARCSABER 11, especially in receiving, the all-round feel, and the fairly stiff shaft with a slightly head-heavy even balance. I recommend it to doubles-focused players whose form and swing have taken shape to some extent. Compared with similar rackets, what's unique and good about the GRAVITAS 9 is how easy receiving is, how really easy it is to vary your shot placement, and how easily you get to the shuttle in time at the front. The wide face is quite unusual, but with its exquisite design of being light overall at 4U, an even balance leaning toward the head, and a stiff-ish shaft, I think it's a classic that even-balance fans can fall in love with.

      I'd tried nearly 10 rackets and was looking for a good one, and partly because a certain YouTuber recommended it, I bought it.
      When I first swung it lightly, it felt heavy and stiff, since I'd been using slightly head-light, even-balance rackets with softer shafts.
      I was worried whether I could really use something this stiff..., but it exceeded my expectations in a good way.
      It flexes more than expected so it's easy to hit deep, and smashes go down solidly, so much so that being 4U doesn't make them any harder to put down.
      The feel is like it grabs the shuttle firmly and then releases it, and it's easy to control, so I really liked it.
      However, I think it could become a hard racket to use for beginners whose swing is sloppy or who can't hit the sweet spot consistently.

      Nariyuki Badminton Papa☆ミ It may have its quirks, but...

      My first impression before using it was just one word: "Stiff‼️"...
      When I checked the flex by hand, it was so super-stiff that I couldn't feel any flex even compared to the GUNGNIR 07R, so I thought, did I mess up... but when I actually used it, it was surprisingly easy to hit, enough that the stiffness didn't bother me. By design it's head-heavy, but the head weight didn't bother me when swinging, and on top of that, with such a stiff shaft I thought, won't it not go anywhere unless I swing really deliberately?
      But it's surprisingly easy to receive with... phew
      The shaft is super stiff, yet it's ridiculously easy to hit.
      Every racket has a concept, and whether you feel it as a strength or a quirk depends on the person. Since I'm used to longer rackets like the GUNGNIR, I haven't fully adapted to the GRAVITAS yet, but if it's this easy to hit even before I'm used to it, it's a racket that made me think I should have bought the GRAVITAS 9.0 instead of the GUNGNIR 07R when my GUNGNIR 05A broke.
      For anyone reading the comments and planning to buy: the GRAVITAS is made in China, so unit-to-unit variation is larger than with Taiwan-made rackets. I recommend buying from a shop that measures swing weight.

      Enjoy Crowd （Experience：2-3 years） For players who prioritize control over power

      I used to use the YONEX ASTROX 77 in 3U
      This was my first time buying a racket with a stiffer shaft, so I was worried whether I could hit the shuttle far enough, but I thought, hey, it flexes just fine
      As for smashes, at first I wasn't used to the light weight, so it was hard to get an angle and I couldn't generate power, and I wondered if I'd chosen wrong, but after using it for a week I could get a great angle and found it really easy to use.
      It had less power than the 77, though
      Just like Chris, I practiced with this racket for a month and won among 5 districts!!
      Its maneuverability in the mid-court is really good, and it was a great experience realizing how much difference a racket makes

      KingYo （Experience：6-10 years） Stiff and heavy, but easy to use

      I like GOSEN rackets, and I've used six: the GUNGNIR ALPHA, CUSTOM EDGE TYPE-V2 and TYPE-N (which I've since let go), the CUSTOM EDGE TYPE-K that I'm still using, and the GRAVITAS 8 and 9.
      It's subjective, but this is the easiest to use among these six.
      What I like is that for a 4U it doesn't feel too light; you can feel the weight, and while its swing isn't outstanding, you can swing through fully.
      The GRAVITAS 8 feels stiffer in the shaft, but you feel more overall weight with this one, so you can hit powerful shots.
      Even though you feel the weight, as a certain YouTuber said, receiving is really easy and it's simple to send the shuttle deep. I don't have the skills for finesse shots like feints, so I can't say much about nimbleness, but I think its maneuverability is good.
      With the stiff shaft it may not suit people without much strength, but for people with a certain amount of strength, I think it's a quirk-free racket, so I recommend it.
