      I was a badminton department from my school days. I became an adult, and I was taught to children in the neighborhood with a relationship. There was a long blank, and rules and racket brands changed considerably in the meantime. I tried variously at a specialty shop where I bought it because Ark Saber was suitable for me. I think that both men and women are for intermediate users. It's so light that I can not stomp heavy smash much, but I think it is very good for women.
