    INNOVATION

    DUORA GROMMET
    The new DUORA Grommet design featues 8 linked grommets made with differing thicknesses on either side of the frame. When hit on the box side, thicker and harder grommets on the aero side result in a stiffer string bed,ultimmately increasing launch power on the shuttlecock.

    Hyper-MG
    Hyper-MG is the most elastic graphite material utilized by Yonex. It is equipped into the bottom half of the racquet frame allowing for instant repulsion drives.

    HORIZONTAL-A CONCEPT
    Grommets allow strings to run horizontally, creating freater flex in the string bed for enlarged sweet spot at the top of the frame.

      The head is a bit heavy but not that heavy, so I think switching from an even balance won't be hard.
      However, the shaft and frame are quite stiff, and the sweet spot is pretty narrow too.
      As people say, if you hit the "sweet spot" you get a really satisfying shot, but that's only "if you can hit it"...
      If you miss, of course the shock comes straight through, and I think you could hurt your elbow, shoulder, wrist and so on.
      Naturally, if you don't hit it cleanly, the shot isn't stable and doesn't fly.
      To use it properly, I think even men need a fair amount of experience, good body mechanics and skill.

      I bought it after doing strength training for over a year to build up my body, intending to move to a slightly heavier, stiffer racket.
      My smashes got faster, and my receive seems to have improved too (according to my friends)

      Mr. Slight Cold Just plain easy to use

      I've used lots of rackets, but the Z-STRIKE is the first or second easiest one I've ever used. I think the key point is the stiffer shaft combined with a balance that's ideal for attacking. Perfect for aggressive players.

      Road bike （Experience：6-10 years） From ASTROX 55 to DUORA Z-STRIKE

      Compared to the ASTROX 55, I think my smashes became about twice as fast. Maybe because the face is small, frame shots are noticeable, but the explosive power once the shuttle hits the face is incredible. Maneuverability on hairpins has improved too. I think drops and high backhands are difficult for people without much strength. If you have strength, drops and high backhands become easy to hit. I plan to keep using it.

      R （Experience：4-5 years） Top-of-the-line DUORA racket!

      I have used many head-heavy rackets so far, but this one is a little different.
      Even though it is head-heavy, it also has all-rounder performance.
      The head is a little less heavy than the VOLTRIC, but it feels like that is made up for with good control and a solid feel on impact.
      The swing speed is not bad either; you can swing it pretty well.
      Thanks to that, you can hit heavy smashes that go BOOM!
      It comes in 3U and 2U, and I use the 2U.
      When you hold the 2U, it does not feel all that
      heavy.
      But when you actually use it, your shoulder gets a little tired.
      In return, the shuttle flies off with sharp repulsion even with little power!
      It can also be strung at high tension, so I recommend it to advanced players and men.

      With its compact frame and stiff shaft, it's not a racket anyone can master. However, the repulsion when you hit the sweet spot and the explosive smashes are unique and exhilarating. Thanks to the compact frame, it swings through easily and is easy to swing. As a result, you're less likely to get jammed on push receives and drives. However, the sweet spot is narrow, and because of its inherent feel and a shaft that doesn't flex easily, the shuttle doesn't fly if you miss the sweet spot.

      I started badminton in junior high
      NANORAY i-SPEED
      DUORA 7
      ARCSABER 11
      and had only used light rackets like those, but
      after entering high school I wanted to string at higher tension, so I bought this.
      Anyway, smashes make a great sound, and they get faster too.
      Even if you're using a light racket now, if you use this
      racket, I think you'll get trained and build strength as you keep hitting.
      When I use the forehand face as the backhand face,
      this is just my personal impression, but I can hit sharper shots,
      and my smashes feel faster.
      It's a racket I highly recommend

      It's head-heavy, but you can move it around more like an even-balance racket.
      My impression is that if you just make contact, it flies. Hard hits like smashes have tremendous power when you catch them right.
      I think smashes tend to carry. If you want dipping smashes, the ASTROX 99 suits you better.
      Backhands are easy, and whether you swing through or just flick it, the shuttle flies nicely.
      If the racket feels heavy, I think the DUORA 10 is a good choice.

      - Smashes are heavy and hold their speed when you catch them right
      - Can be used all-round

      [Cons]
      - Not suited to women or children
      - Shots where you take power off may be difficult
      - Since the front and back are fixed, the grip wears in one spot and needs replacing often
