  • I use the 3U for both singles and doubles. The head is quite heavy and it uses the Tri-Voltage System, but the feel is on the soft side, like an ARCSABER. Compared with the Z-FORCE II in 4U, the head is clearly heavier, so at first I didn't even want to lift the racket, but once you get used to it, this hefty feel becomes addictive, and other head-heavy rackets feel lacking. Honestly, the swing speed isn't great, but its power on hard hits is absolute, so I have no complaints.

  • It's nearly even balance with a slightly flexible shaft; the front face is on the soft side, and the back face is firmer than the front. When I smashed with the front face, it reminded me of the ARCSABER 10. You can send the shuttle deep and hit hard shots solidly. The shaft isn't too flexible either, so there's nothing to worry about. Maybe because I normally only use rackets with stiff shafts, I found it easy to handle with little strain on my shoulder and elbow. If I'm being greedy, I think backhands would have been easier to send deep if the back face felt a little firmer… The swing speed is inferior compared with other advanced rackets, but it's no problem at all.

  • I usually string even-balance to head-heavy rackets with various strings at 27-28 lbs.
    I used the 9000C strung with No.1 and BGAB at 27 lbs.

    My honest impression: "It swings so easily that the head doesn't do any work."

    As other reviews say, it's even balance with a wind-tunnel design, so the swing is unbelievably easy.
    However, for me, since I usually use only head-heavy rackets, even for an even-balance racket it lacked that "extra push," and hard hits didn't have quite enough punch.
    Because of that, my impression was that smashes tend to float.

    That said, the swing is outstanding, so I think I can strongly recommend it to people who prefer even balance to head-light.
    The shaft isn't too stiff either, so if you can flex it, the shuttle should fly well.

    For string, if you value the feeling of the string holding the shuttle, I think BGAB is a great match.

  • I bought it because I love Yufai.
    I have it strung with BG66 ULTIMAX at 27 lbs.

    Performance-wise, it's about as head-heavy as the 70 E-TUNE,
    the shaft is around NANORAY 800 or 900 level,
    and the swing is quite good for a head-heavy racket.

    Judging by the frame shape alone, it's clearly an oddball.
    (Like it was ahead of the 100ZZ, lol)
    But in return, the sweet spot is large,
    and its 3D wind-blade frame makes it easy to swing.
    The edge is much sharper than on other 3D wind-blade frames.

    The head works well, so hard hits come alive,
    and it's not too heavy, so receiving is no problem at all.
    The face is large, so it feels easy to set the racket face.

    However, for some reason I break a lot of strings from mishits with this racket, so I've changed the top 3 spots to double grommets.

    According to the shop staff, because of the 3D wind-blade frame with a sharp edge, the frame deforms little even at high tension, so it's fairly safe.
