  • These are my impressions from borrowing a demo racket.
    The INFERNO EX is very heavy, but not unbearably so.
    When I smashed at full power, it didn't land in my opponent's court. Maybe it's because the INFERNO's distinctive shaft snaps back from flexing right away, or maybe I'm just bad...
    Clears are really easy to hit. They fly well.

  • I borrowed this racket from a friend, so here are my impressions.
    When I heard this racket was being released, I was a little interested. So I borrowed my friend's (G-TONE 5, 23-24 lbs). Since its selling point is that it can be strung at high tension, I just assumed they'd made the frame stronger and that the head would probably be heavy, but that wasn't the case at all; if anything it was light, the smashes were crazy fast, and I could easily hit smashes close to the line, which made me go, "What is this!?" (lol)
    It's the best racket.

  • This review is based on when I borrowed it from a friend and hit with it.
    The first thing I want to say is that the smashes are insanely fast. (BG65 TITANIUM 23 lbs)
    It's head-light, yet there's no lag in the head, and since it's a NANORAY series racket with a compact frame, the swing speed is great. Other shots are good too, and cuts land deep.

  • This review is based on when I borrowed it from a friend.
    As I wrote in the title, it's a racket that really suits the right person. (By the way, it didn't suit me.) It's one of the two lightest rackets in the NANORAY series.
    I think it's probably perfect for women with less strength and control-oriented players (doubles?). What I liked most was the cut smash. The difference from a normal smash is incredible. Unless you're at a pro level, there's no way you can return it. It's so easy to vary the pace that I can say that with confidence.

  • It's a really good racket.
    I'm a singles player and I smash quite a lot, and thanks to the Tri-Voltage System that's the hallmark of the VOLTRIC series plus a head-heavy balance that's just right for intermediates, I can hit heavy, fast smashes while still placing them. Clears fly with little effort too (just with pronation), and it's not that heavy, so it shines on defense as well. Receives don't get loose, and feints are easy.
    It's sad that it was discontinued ahead of the ASTROX 77 release. I hope they bring it back. It's that good a racket.
