  • It's easy to hold, and it felt natural in my hand very soon after I started using it. The stringing is dense throughout, so shots are less likely to go astray, which I see as another big advantage. The price range is relatively reasonable too, so it feels like a good deal.

  • The ASTROX 88S is light, so when I smash, the amount of force I put in feels just right, and it's quite easy to use, so I like it and use it all the time. It puts no strain on my wrist, so I don't hurt it, and it has good bounce on the shuttle, which makes it easy to use.

  • It does have the downside of weaker fine handling and control, but more than making up for that, the racket is built very light, giving it the advantage of being "less tiring." It's sure to support the play of people who excel in long matches.

  • I thought this racket could be called THE GOSEN, but it was discontinued right away... orz I guess that's just the times. Top-heavy with a moderately stiff shaft. And yet, compared with a certain other company's racket, the feel when hitting the shuttle was like walking on a red carpet. There have been rackets that were just stiff before, but even someone weak like me could make the shaft flex while smashing. Also, the shocking pink that could be called this racket's trademark is sure to stand out in any gym. I think it was probably the racket that felt closest to GOSEN's masterpiece "Surume." But because of its flashy look and lack of any remarkable feature, I suppose it just wasn't appreciated by the public...

  • It's neither too light nor too heavy, so it's very easy to play with. A shop staff member recommended it to me. Smashes with momentum and weight feel great. Maybe because the head is relatively slim, it took me a little while to get used to it. I thought it was very well suited to powerful players.
