I love ultra-thin strings and have long used the so-called AS61 type. The original AEROSONIC has extremely low durability and breaks very easily, even during stringing or play. In recent years other brands have developed and released 58, 61, and 63 gauges, but all are known for low durability. When the first 58 gauge came out I was thrilled, but it was an ultra-low-durability string recommended only at 22 lbs or less that broke constantly and was nearly unusable. But GOSEN is known for G-TONE 5, which is thin, high-pitched, and highly durable. On GOSEN's own parameters, RZ58 has the lowest durability rating, but even using this 58, the thinnest of the ultra-thin, at 26 lbs mains / 28 lbs crosses, it doesn't break at all. Its durability is really abnormally high. Being a repulsion string, it takes no effort to send the shuttle deep, and you can play freely with lots of variety.. It might not suit power players who smash repeatedly, but I think it's a gem that basically anyone can enjoy.
