A stronger smash. Head heavy model for hard hitters.

    User Review SummaryAI Summary
The racket is highly praised for its excellent maneuverability and smooth swing speed, making it ideal for aggressive play with drives and pushes. However, some users note the limited feedback on impact and its orientation toward advanced players.
    ■ Frequently mentioned points
    • Exceptional maneuverability and swing speed
    • Easy to execute drives and pushes
    • Lightweight with effective head weight
    • Perfect for aggressive play style
    • Thin impact feedback reported
    ■ Representative voices
▲ PositiveThe outstanding maneuverability is remarkable, and despite being lightweight, the head works effectively, making receives, drives, and pushes very easy to perform. It's recommended for front-court doubles players.
▽ CriticalThe lack of impact feedback is a notable drawback, and it's clearly an advanced player's racket that doesn't perform well when the sweet spot is missed.

Kanabun (Experience:11-20 years) Better maneuverability than I imagined

The 4U has a balance where you hardly feel the head weight, and its maneuverability is very good. Not only on drives and receives, but also on overhead shots, you can transfer power solidly.

The 3U is slightly more head-heavy than the 4U, but its maneuverability is still better than the ARCSABER 11 or VOLTRIC 70 E-TUNE. Compared to the 4U, you can use the racket's weight, so it also works for singles.

I'd been using YONEX rackets until now, so at first the flex and maneuverability due to the shaft thickness felt unfamiliar, but once I got used to it, it's very easy to use.

YGK LINE (Experience:11-20 years) Powerful shots and easy counter shots

It felt like my smashes became shots that don't lose speed easily. My favorite point is that if you hit it cleanly, you can hit sharp counter shots too. Maybe I'm just clumsy, but it somehow felt hard to maneuver in front of the net; that's about the only minus point for me. It's a racket I recommend for people who want to hit strong shots.

Wandering Badminton Kid (Experience:11-20 years) Great maneuverability and easy to hit down hard

It was half price in a sale, so I casually picked it up, and that's how I came to buy it. This is a review of the 4u. Before this I was using the ALTIUS TOUR. I'm a woman, but I hit fairly hard.

      - It's not very head-heavy. Just about slightly heavier than even, maybe?
      - Even so, on smashes and pushes, the head seems to do the work on its own.
      - It's easy to maneuver. That was my first impression too.. It feels like you use the weight and let gravity help you swing.
      - This is a much older comparison, but maybe it's like a MUSCLE POWER 90 made easier to maneuver. It feels softer and easier to handle than that. Or maybe like a VT70 made a little more even.
      - Anyway, the design is cool lol
      - I'm stringing it with NBG98.

Meccha Kikuyan (Experience:4-5 years) Thoughts on the 4u5

Drives and pushes are just so easy to hit
I think it suits front court players. Smashes,
depending on the string, can come in at a steep angle.
I use FORCE. It pockets the shuttle well and gives you angle. It's very strong on shots from above, but weak on shots from below like receives.
It's easy to go from a driven receive into drives and pushes, so my impression is that it's for front court players.
When hitting high backhands, be careful,
if you miss the center it won't go anywhere.

      Badminton Lover The best

      It's meant for doubles,
but I use it for singles.
It's very easy to swing and easy to use.
You can feel yourself hitting the sweet spot solidly,
and it rebounds well even on fast shots like drives, so it's easy to hit.
Personally, I find it very easy to use.

Michinoku Hidayat (Experience:4-5 years) The shuttle really flies

      Bought the 4U5 on sale.
The overall weight is light, and it's moderately head-heavy.
The shaft is softer than I expected.

Because of that, the head really does its work.
Once you get used to the timing of whipping the head with your wrist and snapping the shuttle away, the shuttle flies easily.
Drives in particular feel great to hit.

I also felt lunging shots using only the wrist were easy to hit.

I think it's a wonderful racket that combines maneuverability with the power of hard hits.
