      There's foam built into the frame, so it dampens vibration and gives a soft feel. It also has high repulsion and reduced air resistance, making it a badminton racket that excels at speed shots, and I like it a lot.

      When hitting high-speed smashes, I felt a sense of acceleration I'd never felt before. It's also suited to delicate shots, supporting high performance on both offense and defense. It's highly durable too, and holds up to continued use over a long period.

      Control and distance are no problem, but the feel is so-so. Personally, I thought maybe this racket is better for hitting clears than smashes? The price is low at the cheaper shops too, so I thought maybe it's just right for beginners to use!

      Hisa （Experience：6-10 years） My experience with the NANORAY 250

      The shaft is soft, so you can send the shuttle far easily with little effort, and since it's light it's probably good for beginners. It's also inexpensive. The grip is easy to hold firmly, so it's easy to maneuver, and it's fine even if you sweat a bit. The sweet spot is wide, so you still have some leeway even when you're under pressure.

      A friend was using it and recommended it, so I bought one too. My verdict: "not great." It isn't especially easy to use, and it isn't cheap either. The swing, the feel, the durability... whichever way you look at it, it fell short of my expectations.

      It's a racket that's easy to handle even for an amateur like me. The fairly light weight, the swing, the feel... I find everything feels stable. It's easy to use yet reasonably priced, so I really appreciate this racket. I use it for practice every day.

      If you're a beginner and unsure which racket to choose, this is the one I'd recommend. It's cheap, light, easy to use, hits far, and is easy for women to handle, so isn't it perfect for practice too? The feel is soft, the shuttle flies well even with a light swing, and the grip is easy to hold.
