    User Review SummaryAI Summary
Highly rated as a lightweight racket ideal for beginners and players lacking power. The flexible shaft enables flight without relying on strength, making it perfect for learning proper fundamentals, though advanced power players may find it insufficient.
    ■ Frequently mentioned points
    • Lightweight with excellent maneuverability
    • Flexible shaft allows flight without much power
    • Compensates for beginners' inconsistent force control
    • Smash shots are easy to execute
    • Excellent value for money
    ■ Representative voices
▲ PositiveEven with light swings, you can feel solid ball impact, and the racket compensates for inexperienced players still learning force control. Perfect for beginners building fundamentals.
▽ CriticalThe overly flexible shaft disperses power, making it unsuitable for advanced power hitters. Lacks solid ball feel and may be inadequate for strong male players seeking hard-hitting performance.

    • Kurorin

Kurorin (Experience:6-10 years) A light, flexible racket

It's head-heavy, but it's a light racket to begin with, so the maneuverability is outstanding. Smashes get a moderate boost from the head, too. However, the shaft is soft, so in terms of hitting response it's a somewhat mild racket. On the flip side, it generally flies well even if you're not strong. Women who aren't power players, whether defensive or attacking, may not find it lacking even at the intermediate level, but hard-hitting male players may find it unsatisfying.
It's been discontinued, so prices have come down. A bargain for people who rely on the flex of the shaft to hit deep.

      Datsu (Experience:4-5 years) Lightweight

      I recommend it for beginners.
Even though it is light, it is head-heavy, so you can drive smashes down. For clears, the shaft is flexible, so you can send the shuttle far with little power. It is not suited to advanced power hitters, because the shaft flexes too much and disperses their power. It is great value for money, and a racket I would recommend as your first.

Yuzupon (Experience:2-3 years) A racket I absolutely recommend to beginners.

I'd like to recommend it to beginners who want to learn the basics. That's because it makes use of your power while keeping things under control, and you can get a solid feel with just a light swing. You could say it's "a racket that backs you up even if you're not yet used to things like adjusting your power."

Maimaimin. (Experience:Less than a year) A racket for female beginners.

It's a really light racket. Because of that, it's very maneuverable, so I can especially recommend it for women. You get a strong sense of feel and control is good too. Many of the designs are cute, and it's also good value for money, so it's hugely popular with female beginners.

Hori I think it's good value for money

I took up badminton again after a long break, so I bought this, figuring it was a good time to get a new racket.
The price was about 10,000 yen at a sporting goods shop in my neighborhood.
Its classification was “attack type, beginner/intermediate,” and with its lightness and a black-and-pink design that isn't too flashy, I felt I'd found a racket that suits me.

It hasn't been long since I bought it, but it feels great to use. Even I, without much strength, can swing it around easily (lol).
Maybe because the website says it's head-heavy, smashes feel easy to hit.

I'd recommend it for people like me who don't have much strength and can't send the shuttle where they want.
